Seu caminho para uma cabine de comando da Delta começa aqui. Propel offers you a defined pilot career path, supporting your progression and a Qualified Job Offer with Delta Air Lines, and Delta’s wholly owned subsidiary, Endeavor Air.

Delta and Endeavor have integrated recruiting and pilot selection activities under the Propel brand, streamlining the journey to a Delta pilot career. With our single-interview approach,  participants only need to interview once with Propel to progress to Endeavor and  potentially transition to mainline Delta as a first officer once they meet requirements.

Collegiate & CFI Pilot Career Path

Students at U.S.-based universities with flight education programs accredited by the Aviation Accreditation Board International (AABI), and graduates of select affiliate flight schools may apply for Propel once they are actively instructing as a certified flight instructor (CFI) and meet the Propel selection criteria.

Propel affiliate flight schools:
Eligible applicants can apply here. We strongly recommend taking your time and having your application reviewed before submitting.
  • Student or graduate of a U.S.-based 4-year AABI accredited flight education program or completed flight training at a Propel affiliate flight school
  • Actively flight instructing as a certified flight instructor and within 12 months of meeting R-ATP/ATP requirements
  • FAA First Class Medical Certificate
  • Must hold a current passport or other travel documents enabling the bearer to freely exit and re-enter the U.S. (multiple re-entry status)
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
  • (For current Delta employees) – Completion of 2 years (24 total months) as an active Delta Air Lines employee. Must have been on an active status within the six months prior to application.  Must be in good standing.

Propel Scholarship Pilot Path

The Propel Scholarship Path is a destination for a select number of Propel referrals from Delta affiliate organizations. Successful candidates are eligible for Propel scholarships providing financial assistance to complete flight training and mentorship. Student pilots will complete Private, Instrument, Commercial and Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) certifications at a Delta authorized flight school 

To be eligible for the Propel Scholarship Path, someone must be nominated from one of Delta’s affiliate organizations. Os requisitos adicionais incluem:

  • Hold or be able to hold a current passport or other travel documents enabling the bearer to freely exit and re-enter the U.S. (multiple re-entry status) and be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Delta Air Lines employees can transition their careers and pursue their dreams of becoming a Delta pilot. Successful candidates are eligible for financial scholarships and extended leave of absence to complete flight training and mentorship from an active Delta pilot.  O Delta Propel oferece um plano simplificado para permitir que os candidatos obtenham suas certificações de voo, construam sua experiência e atendam a todos os requisitos para se tornarem pilotos da Delta.

Todos os candidatos do Plano de Carreira Company para Pilotos deverão atender aos aspectos de qualificação e teste da contratação atual de pilotos da Delta. Os funcionários em situação regular devem atender aos seguintes requisitos para serem considerados para o Plano de Carreira Company para Pilotos:

  • Completion of 2 years (24 total months) as an active Delta Air Lines, and been on active status within six months prior to application. Deve ser funcionário em situação regular
  • Certificado de Piloto Privado da Administração de Aviação Federal (FAA) (asa fixa) (preferencialmente), não excedendo um certificado de piloto comercial (asa fixa de motor único)
    • If attending a Company Pathway affiliate school, the maximum qualification you may have is a Commercial Single Engine Certificate
    • If not already attending a affiliate school, the maximum qualification you may have is a Private Pilot Certificate
  • 100 horas registradas do tempo de voo total (preferencialmente) em uma aeronave com asa fixa
  • Graduação universitária de 4 anos (preferencialmente)
  • Permissão de Operador de Radiotelefonia da FCC vigente até a data da entrevista
  • Certificado médico de primeira classe da Administração de Aviação Federal (FAA) atual
  • Sem crimes
  • Sem DUI/DWI nos últimos 10 anos
  • Nunca foi entrevistado para um cargo piloto da Delta Air Lines fora do programa

Company Pilot Career path applications are processed through an internal application only accessible to Delta employees.
