  • Services requested will be honored as available. Parents are responsible for informing staff of any special needs and providing emergency contact information.
  • Parents are not required to remain on site, but they or a designated family member must be available at all times via phone or in person.
  • Additional prescheduled hours will be charged at $35 per hour + 15% service fee.
  • Additional hours that result from late arrival will be charged at 3 times the normal rate. If the babysitting service extends beyond 7:00 pm, an additional cash payment of $15 is required to cover the babysitter's transportation costs, payable directly to the babysitter.
